Application Patching question

I am new to the Kace 1000 and trying to learn the processes of patching applications. I have had my OS critical patching running for a few weeks now and it seems to be running OK. A few issues with about 10% of my machines not wanting to patch. But I am working through that.
My question is on Office updates and such. Wanting to get them started and I seem to be running in circles. Is there a quick start guide for Office Apps that I can follow to get the labels setup? I really hate having to invent the wheel when others have already done it.

Have you guys taken a look at the patching admin guide?

I think cblake also has some patching KKE videos floating around these forums.

Plus Jeffery did a nice patching demo at this years conference. The video should be on the support site.

Finally if you guys haven't gone through your jumpstart training, your trainer should be able to point you in the right direction.

Thanks dchristian- as always you are correct my friend.

Here's another thread on this: http://itninja.com/question/msn-messenger87&mpage=1&key=Kontinuing&#74394
Here's last year's conference materials: http://www.kace.com/support/konference/2010/
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
