We've started our prep work here but we haven't actually started validating the existing packages yet. From what I've read the biggest difference is UAC and we've seen some issues with writing to the registry in Windows 7 here.
We'll probably be letting loose Microsoft's Application Compatibility Toolkit (ACT) on ALL our packages (or at least the ones that don't install on Win7 as they are now)
