Appliance Updates not finding Latest Service pack (6.4 SP2)

Howdy,

I've looked around online and I can't seem to find out why but when I click "Check for Updates" under Appliance Updates it says it is currently Up to Date. Our Kbox is version 6.4.120261 and I'd like to upgrade Servce Pack 2. Why is it not showing up as an update?

I have noticed mine takes a while from the time a new release is announced. I don't know why but you can download from here and then upload the .kbin file to your appliance and execute the service pack from there.

Our KBOX typically takes weeks before it will show there is an update. rockhead44 is right in that you can go to Dell's website and download the update and manually install it. Aside from acquiring the update files yourself the update process is nearly identical.
