I am trying to setup the user console to allow self service but the one frustration i cant seem to figure out is how to assign certain software to only be viewable by the users i allow.  Right now when i log into the user console the user sees ALL software that has been enabled on the console and I dont want that and i cant seem to figure out anyway to setup bundles of applications for specific users.  Is this even possible in the Kace?  the self service portal has huge potential but seems to lack in areas.

When you publish software in the User Console Library there is an option for Access Control where you can assign a label...

  • thats correct. also assign this label to the related users.
  • Ty, we didnt have our users from AD loaded into the kace so i didnt see any users to add to the Access list label.
