Anyone know if kace 1000 can do if else statements for the service desk?

My company is using the service desk portal on Kace.
I have a multiple select field for our office locations.
These locations are identified in our assets section (as a parent)

We also kept the default field Asset which tells us what computer is submitting the ticket.
Is there a way that based on the asset field it could auto change the location field which is a multiple select field?

  • You should be able to accomplish this using a ticket rule. If the asset linked from the ticket contains the location it wouldn't be too difficult. - chucksteel 6 years ago
