Could anyone tell me about ALWAYSINSTALLELEVATED registry key? Does this has any impact with self repair?

I would recommend not to enable the AlwaysInstallElevated policy as this would allow any user (even non-admins) to install applications in the MSI format. That would be a serious security breach.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
