All Patch Catalog are Disabled How I can changes to Active.

I didn't use any smart patch label and didn't  check box "Detect Disabled Patches" 

All Patchs are diasabled I cann't change status to Active.  What am I missing?

If I go into the patches, and filter to see disabled patches, I able to  see the patches. However, if I trying to set them to active, I get the error "Status not changed as one or more patch selected is in disabled state", even if I only choose one recent package.

Please help.

What version of SMA software?

Do you have "Activate New Patches" enabled?
