Agent Update not working for one site

We have gone through several versions of the SMA and have had no issues updating the agents that come with those versions. 10.1.43 for some reason will not update for one of our sites. Any new PC's get the new agent via our GPO but updating doesn't work. If you take the laptop to another site or even remotely they get the update.

The site in questions is part of our MPLS network and is one of the major sites in our environment and there is no firewall that would get in the way. 

Anyone else run into this?

Does the C:\ProgramData\Quest\KACE\user\ampinstaleer.log  show that the agent is installed?

Are the files C:\Program Files (x86) \Quest\KACE the expected version?

I suspect that the Agent maybe installed and just can communicate back to the SMA to upload it's inventory to reflect the new Agent version.

The C:\ProgramData\Quest\KACE\user\KAgent.log and C:\ProgramData\Quest\KACE\konea.log can be reviewed for errors.

Thank you for the quick response. All the files were from the previous version. But the logs showed me the repository at that site hadn't been updated. Copied the correct file into the correct folder and they are updating as they should.
