Agent Deployment and Upgrade

I have around 740 Agent installed having version from 6.0 to 6.3.
Recently I Have upgraded Dell KACE 1000 to version 6.4.
Now only 100 Agents are responding with version 6.3, remaining agents are not responding since few days.

I want to upgrade all the agents from 6.x to 6.4 version, what is the best way and Please not most of the agents are not responding.
