Im getting quite a few agents that are conected with the green light on but havent sync'd in days.

Does anyone have any suggestons? we are on 5.5 for the server and agents.

Seen this problem a couple of times, can you delete the Inventory Item then that should force a check in from the agent which will then update.

Restarting the service sometimes resolves this issue for me. In the most extreme cases you need to uninstall the agent, remove the directories from the machine and reprovision the agent.

i had this week the same problem. The client views connect but no sync. If i takes a nslookup i saw that the client had a ohter a IP as the inventory views me.

After them i searched the hostname in the Kace-Inventory and saw that contains the same host at 2 times.
