ADXLOADER.DLL

Hi

i have 2 outlook plugins which when installed today are causing outlook to disable both addins with error on adxloader.dll

they both use adxloader.dll

this works fin on windows xp

not on windows 7

any ideas what i can try

the 2 programs are cisco viewmail addin and thomson reuters elite contact manager

  • if the machine is x64 there may 2 copies of the adxloader.dll, one 32 one 64 bit and you need to use the proper one for the version of outlook and the add-in. - SMal.tmcc 10 years ago
  • the issue is when the apps come together
    do you think its worth taking a copy of the adxloader.dll that is stored in program files, not sure if ones breaking it if its been replaced - keane2012 10 years ago

It could be because of compatibility issue with Windows 7

or

Due to some file missing in Windows 7 (Use Dependency Walker)
