Software Deployment

When installing Adobe Photoshop Elements V3 there is a screen asking what file types you want associated with Adobe Photoshop Elements. On this screen there is a 'select all' button. I have not been able to find out how to choose Select All via and MST file.

Typically I would go to the dialog section of the MST and modify what was necessary, but this File Association Dialog screen does not even appear in the dialog section.

I cannot find a way to get all the file associations working via an MST for Adobe Photoshop Elements V3.
