Adobe Photoshop Cs 9.0 Activation Problem
I am building Adobe Photoshop 9.0 CS by repackaging the vendor's setup.exe into an msi.
I added all necessary keys including the UNinstall key and all its subsequent keys created when the application is launched and registered. However, I am still getting the activation page asking me to activate. Of course after several trials, the Adobe server will deny activation for the number of attempts is reached.
Please can you help me. Thanks....

i did photoshop cs 9.0 i didn't need to repackager it because it's already a msi so if you follow the direction from adobe you should be fine
if i remember you put everything in a Abcpy.ini and photoshop with read that information, i think there is a help file that is on the cd that show you what to do (i think)

Hi,
I have recaptured - the same and i also got the activation problem adding the below key solves my problem.
check for the registry key values for
hklm\soft\microsoft\windows\current version\uninstall\{prodcut code}
key name> "epic_serial " or serial
this is the key where serial no is stored. import the regsitry hive from source machine and put in ur test machine and try checking for the functionality.

Thanks a lot giuys....I got it...I just followed what you and I did solve it...
However the activation will still remain a problem because you cant use the same application in another pc unless you transfered the activation.

You have to order a Volume License Key and CD. This is the only way to distribute the software to multiple pc´s
