Adobe Flash Player 9.0.47.0 - silent installation

I would like to deploy adobe flash player 9.0.47 via SMS .
The package is : install_flash_player_active_x.msi
Which command should I use for silent installation ???
I tried this one : msiexec.exe /i install_flash_player_active_x.msi /qb
I deployed the package to test clients, but didnt work .. The program assigned to the clients, but did not run automatically.
(hidden mode was selected)

As ever, turn on MSI logging. The resulting log file will be located in %SystemRoot%\TEMP, named as 'MSI[random hex nbr].log.
