Adobe Elements 3.0
The new Adobe Elements 3.0 uses a MSI. The question that I have is how do I incorporate the serial number in the package? Does it have to go into a custom transform?

You can also try SERIAL= or SERIALNUMBER or ISX_SERIALNUMBER with the msi commandine.
