Adobe cannot convert to pdf because of disabled Macros

Hi,
We have packaged Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional but cannot get it to covert a word doc to .pdf in a previously packaged Microsoft Office Suite. In this ofice suite the defaults were used so Macros were disabled. As office is already rolled out is there anything that can be done to facilitate coversion to .pdf without repackaging Word.
Thanks in advance.
