Adobe Acrobat 9.4

I have installed adobe acrobat 9.4 on users machines. when they tried to download a form from Great West Life the form will not open because it is trying to write a temp file. we have security in place where we have locked down the c: drive so to a regular user account the drive is hidden. we are also running IE8.

i have put this as a trusted site in adobe...no difference
i have adjusted internet explorer settings to allow downloads...no difference
i have tried opening up difference "allows" within the adobe customization...no difference.

this works no problem with reader, it is only standard that is causing an issue.

any ideas?

thx

well, if it's an issue that the package could fix....it prolly belongs in the package forum.
to your issue, find out where it's trying to write to and allow user access to that directory. in the package or GPO or whatever.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
