Adding up equipment cost using k1000 assets

Hi guys,

I would like to add up the cost of equipment in k1000 assets.

We charge departments for computer and printers and also

software licences. I would like to look up a department cost account,

and see all the equipment they have and each of their amounts.... And

then to also see the TOTAL cost of all the equipment.

Is this possible ??
