Adding Files to MST for Java 7 U71
Hi All,
Kind of what I think is a simple question. I am repackaging Java 7u71 and I want to add the deployment.config, deployment.properties and exeception.sites files to the MST. I expose the [WindowsFolder] and add SUN, Java , and Deployment folders then place the files in the Deployment folder and save it. But when I install, the file are not there. I have tried both adding them as CAB and source files with no luck.

What packaging tool are you using? What component are you putting the files are in and what feature is that component in? You'll need to verify that the specific feature is getting installed and work your ways backwards. - vjaneczko 9 years ago

Remove the KBox from the equation and test the package in a stand-alone environment. Once that's working, then worry about deploying it. - anonymous_9363 9 years ago

Thanks for the help. I was using InstallShield to build the MST and decided to try AdminStudio Tunner and it worked without any issues.
