Hello! I noticed recently that when I added some users to a manual label, that those users suddenly have their "View By" drop down on the Service Desk tickets screen limited to only "My Tickets" and "My Tickets by State". The other normal options of "All Tickets", "All Tickets by State" and "Custom View" are missing from the choices available. Removing the users from that manual label automatically restores the missing options back to the "View By" drop down list. Any idea what is causing this? This happens even to myself who has the Administrator role. The users in question are members of other labels without having this issue. Is there a setting that I am missing? Below are some screenshots to show the difference from a user being in or out of the label. Thanks for any help you can give.
