I am sequencning Mindjet Mindmanager Pro 2012 with AppV 5. There are addins for Excel, Word to name a few. I would now like Excel to include the Mindjet addin. This can be done in a few ways I am led to believe. I can create shortcuts within the sequenced app. This I have done and it works. The shortcut however is within the sequenced app so not sitting in Office within Start>Menu>Programs etc. so I do not want to have multiple shortcuts to Excel.  I do not want it to work this way so I then decided to use the registry option HKLM\Software\Microsoft\AppV\Client\Runvirtual\Excel.exe\PROGGUID_VERSIONGUID This does work if I run Excel from Office and the addins appear without having to load MindJet. The problem is I have to physically add this reg key to the Native reg in order to get it to work. I have now attempted to make a change to the native reg to get this to work (I know this could be done with 4.6 and RegistryPassthroughex) how is this done with Appv 5 if it can be done or is there a simple way of doing this? Am I missing something here? Any assistance or your experiences are greatly appreciated.
