Add new groups on Kace

Hi, i am very new to Kace. The previous admin left the company a while back with no handover ,and now the responsibility fell with me.i created a new label group with two users linked to the group. But when i check on the option to reassign tickets to this new label group, i do not see the new group there. Why is this?

Welcome to the community. 

Each queue has a set of potential owners, submitters and approvers based on labels. Browse to Service Desk, Configuration, Queues. Select the queue in question. There should be a section titled Owner Label, click the button to manage those labels. Add the new label, click OK, save the queue configuration. The users that are assigned to the label should now appear as possible owners.

Also, remember to check the administrators guide on the appliance. The contextual help available by clicking the ? in the upper right corner of the interface is generally a good place to start.
