Please clarify your requirement(s).

An MSC file isn't a certificate file, it's a data/configuration file for Microsoft Management Console application. Is it that that you want to add or the four certificate files you mentioned?

This can be achieved using CAPICOM, a new security technology from Microsoft. CAPICOM is a Microsoft ActiveX control that provides a COM interface to Microsoft CryptoAPI, and can be used to digitally sign data, sign code, verify digital signatures, envelop data for privacy, hash data, encrypt/decrypt data and more.
It is a Platform SDK Redistributable (.MSI file) and is available to download from Microsoft’s website – see link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=860ee43a-a843-462f-abb5-ff88ea5896f6&DisplayLang=en.
