Active Setup in windows 8.1
I have HKCU registries in my application and no shortcuts.
To install HKCU keys i have added active setup.
It is working on windows7 but not on windos 8.1...
Any idea why is this so ???

It should work, is it 64bit? Are you adding the AS keys to the right area of the registry? - dunnpy 10 years ago

Yes .. its a 32-bit application.. and i m installing on 64-bit machine.. AS keys are coming under Wow6432Node... - shradha_jain02 10 years ago

is the action not running or not succeeding?
Any way to add some logging (in the user's %TEMP% folder for example) to the command you're executing in ActiveSetup?
