Active Setup, copy file issues
Hi.
I'm new to this and have a problem getting Active Setup to copy some (ini)files to user folders when a new user logs in.
Active Setup creates a folder as should do but never copies the files that should be in it. [:(]
It works fine when installing package to the logged in user.
Any suggestions? [8|]

Well, telling us HOW you have AS creating the folder would be a start...:)
Presumably it's via a script? Does the script work outside of AS?

I need to rephrase my question[&:]. I want AS to repair my package when a new user loggs in. AS triggers repair but only a empty folder is created under the new user profile. There is some ini-files that should be in that folder. The package works fine for current user, where it was first installed.

HI,
make a sperate component with contains all the ini file u want to install and create a dummy hkcu registry in the same component. it will work.
