Does anyone know if you are able to accept HTML emails into the ticket system.  I know that in the past it has not accepted this but was wondering if there has been any changes in this.  Just to be clear I am looking for when an email is sent to our KBOX appliance to create a ticket in the the ticketing system, currently it strips off the HTML formatting.  Thank you for any information on this.

right now this is not supported and implemented but the engineering is reviewing this to probably implement this in future.
