Accepting HTML in ticketing system

Does anyone know if you are able to accept HTML emails into the ticket system. I know that in the past it has not accepted this but was wondering if there has been any changes in this. Just to be clear I am looking for when an email is sent to our KBOX appliance to create a ticket in the the ticketing system, currently it strips off the HTML formatting. Thank you for any information on this.
