3.3 driver share

After updating my KACE appliance to the recent 3.3 version I can no longer access the shared driver folder. Before anyone suggests putting in k2000name\guest and then the driver share password, I try this and it still will not let me in. I even reset the driver share password to "admin". I am on XP so do not have the Win 7 issue. Help?

Try k2000name\admin for the username.
