Adobe does a really good job of showing you how to deploy thier software. They have a Customization Wizard for 9 which will allow you to easily create a transform for the deployment. The Customization Wizard works just like AdminStudio or Wise, however it modifies some keys in the MSI tables that allows you to call the installation without requiring the use of setup.exe. It also enables the ability to do an Administrative Installation using an Admin Install Point.
