We have implemented a new service for our current KACE customers.  In order to access this area you need your valid quest support email address. 

  1. To make sure you have the correct email address - visit https://support.quest.com/
  2. Once you have that email address, visit the settings section in your user profile https://www.itninja.com/profile/settings  
  3. Type in your email address and click "Verify" - once you get a green message saying you are validated you can visit the https://www.itninja.com/community  section and click "Customers" under the appropriate community.
