  • In the Mail account wizard, click on the IMAP Access and move to another page to clicking on the IMAP Acess feature.

  1. Incoming server:- Type this imappro.zoho.in. For organization accounts(In cases, your domain is hosted with the Zoho Mail.)
  2. Incoming Server:- Type this imap.zoho.in. For personal accounts(In cases of your peroal@zoho.com account.)
  3. Outgoing Server:- Type this in specified field smtp.zoho.in.
  • Logon Information(Enter your username and password of Zoho account)
  1. Username:- Type the email address of your Zoho Mail account(For Email Hosting:- user@yourdomain.com, For personal users:- users / username@zoho.com.)
  2. Password:- Type the password of Zho Mail account(Here, use application-specific password if two factors authentication is enabled of your Zoho account.
  • After this, check the remember password checkbox and click on the More settings button.
  • In the Outgoing Server tab, choose My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication and you have to use the same settings as per the incoming server.
  • Now, select the Advanced tab and enter the configuration of Settings as mentioned below:
  • Incoming Server (IMAP): 993
     Here, select SSL from the drop-down list for the encrypted connection.
  • Outgoing Server (SMTP): 465
    In the Outgoing Server option, select SSL from the drop-down menu for the encrypted connection.
  • After that, click OK to move on to another step.
