We have recently updated some of our "top user" widgets across ITNinja. On the sides of some of the pages, you'll see a few of our top users from the last month.  This means someone with a lower ranking belt COULD be higher than a higher ranking belt.  Thats pretty normal for a monthly or weekly view.  If you want to see where you stand for all time, just visit your profile and view your ranking number, or check out the new top ITNinja users page. There is also a tab for Moderators and Experts. Moderators are invited members who have reached a certain level within ITNinja.  These are the folks that help keep ITNinja spam free.  They earn points by approving new members and reporting & acting on spam.

Finally, our Experts tab is something everyone can participate in.  On your profile settings page, you can select up to 15 tags that you typically interact with. By setting up a few tags, you can earn extra points as you comment on things, or answer questions. You'll see these users listed on the tag home page. Here is a great example with the Systems Deployment tag.
