Note
My actual script is copied below. And using it as a .bat file, I call it as the Mathematica 8 application in MDT2010. I get the mathpass file after installing Mathematica once on a machine and copying it to my deployment folder. However, it can easily be created by just creating a text file with no extension and adding the following to the file:

!licenseservername

This is the script I use which installs it and activates it automatically:

@echo off
echo Installing Mathematica…
"\\servername\yourdeploymentshare\Applications\Wolfram Mathematica 8\Mathematica_8.0.0_WIN_MachineSpecific.exe” /silent /suppressmsgboxes /log=”C:\Windows\Temp\install.log”
echo Creating password file…
MD "C:\ProgramData\Mathematica\Licensing\”
copy "\\servername\yourdeploymentshare\Custom\Mathematica\ver8\mathpass” "C:\ProgramData\Mathematica\Licensing\mathpass”
echo Mathematica installation complete.
