When you start the installer it will extract to temp after you chose your language from the wrapper.

However you can easily use the wrapper and pass on the command lines. The language selection for the wrapper uses standard Hex Code language IDs like /L0x407 for German and /L0x409 for English (default).
You can pass on additional values to the MSI using /V. Here you can specify your provider using the OPCO_PROP value.
