If the team they are on does any screen capture this is the command I use: msiexec /i "\\~SERVER~\~PATH~\Qfiniti 3.5 SP1 Client.msi" /qb-! WEBSERVER="~FQDN~" IP="~FQDN~" SP_SYSTEM_CONFIG_NAME="~CONFIG~" SYSTEMTRAYAPP="true" ADDLOCAL="Client,SoapToolKit,Agent,AMEAPISAMPLES,AgentMonitorEngine,AgentMonitorConsole,Supervisor,G729Codec" NOTE: For v3.5sp1/hotfix7 ... SYSTEMTRAYAPP="true" must be specified or the Agent console will be a big floating icon in the middle of the screen...regardless that the default option is to put it in the system tray NOTE: The "true" value for SYSTEMTRAYAPP must be all lowercase letters or it has no effect.
