I wanted to install the viewer only. The 1.3.9 release is based on InnoSetup where you can record an install script using the /SAVEINF parameter (see InnoSetup command line reference for more information).

The resulting command:

TightVNC-1.3.9.exe /LOADINF="TightVNC-1.3.9.inf" /SILENT

Note

The version 2.6 di TightVNC is an MSI and its deployment is highly customizable.

First of all you need to get the TightVNC-installer-2.5.2.pdf from their internet site.

As example to install the server part only and set a password I sued this command line in my K1000

/quiet /norestart ADDLOCAL=Server SET_USEVNCAUTHENTICATION=1 VALUE_OF_USEVNCAUTHENTICATION=1 SET_PASSWORD=1 VALUE_OF_PASSWORD=mainpass

Note
TightVNC can be installed silently with this switch:

tightvnc-2.0.4-setup.exe /S

The registry contains settings and encrypted access password which can be backed up and deployed as explained here:
