I have added/changed propeties In my MST File :

TSC_SOFTWARE_USER = NAME ( Software Owner )
TSC_SOFTWARE_KEY = PIDKEY ( Registration Key )
TSC_LAUNCH_TOUR = 0 ( Disable WebPage Startup )
TSC_DESKTOP_LINK = 0 ( Remove Desktop Shortcut )
TSC_INST_FLASH_PLAYER = 0 ( Disable Flash Installation )

These registry settings are per user : I recommend using Active setup.
