Software is supplied as ShoreTelConnect.exe. This can accept command line switches which allows a K1000 deployment to work.

Following the method described in KB Article 149256, identify the ID for the software from Inventory -> Software. In our case, this was 10849.

Upload the installer to the K1000 as normal and create a new deployment item.

Select "Override default installation" and tick "Don't prepend msiexec.exe". Enter the following as the custom command line, substituting the correct software ID number:

C:\Programdata\Dell\KACE\downloads\10849\ShoreTelConnect.exe /s /v/qn

Note that there is no space after /v - this parameter is passing the usual silent install option to misexec. 

Test your deployment as usual
