Extract the MSI from the %TEMP% directory (Start -> Run, type "%TEMP%" without quotes and click OK.

Standard /qn switch will install silently, but RWD requires a registered company name and Product ID before it will run. Add the global properties UPERFORM_COMPANY_NAME="Your company name" and UPERFORM_PRODUCT_ID=ABCDEF-GHIJKL-MNOPQR-STUVWX-YZABDE-FGHIJK to register during installation. The final command will look like this (in SMS Installer)

%SYS32%\msiexec.exe /i "%INST%\FILES\uPerform_client.msi" /qn UPERFORM_COMPANY_NAME="Your company name" UPERFORM_PRODUCT_ID=ABCDEF-GHIJKL-MNOPQR-STUVWX-YZABDE-FGHIJK

I found that with installation manager in Citrix, that it liked the information in a transform or directly edited in the MSI than trying to pass the parameters.
