1904 errors so I set these files to "Do not register".

I was able to solve all ICE18, 33, 38, 43 en 91 errors/warnings. Only left the ICE50 warnings.


Placed the TNSNAMES.ORA & SQLNET.ORA on P:\Oracle.

So you know it...

Oracle Discoverer 4 needs to be installed in a Home that is set/can be set as the default Home.
If you want it to run with, say, Oracle 9i Client it's Home cannot be the default home.
