To deploy UE-V agent you can use the following command line with exe provided in "AnyCPU" folder

AgentSetup.exe /install /quiet /norestart AcceptLicenseTerms=True SettingsStoragePath=<\\server\folder> SettingsTemplateCatalogPath=<\\server\folder> SyncMethod=SyncProvider

Uninstall String :
"AgentSetup.exe" /uninstall /quiet /norestart AcceptLicenseTerms=True

To deploy UE-v Agent using MSI you mus add property to the command line

msiexec /i "AgentSetupx64.msi"  AcceptLicenseTerms=True SettingsStoragePath=<\\server\folder> SettingsTemplateCatalogPath=<\\server\folder> SyncMethod=SyncProvider /quiet /norestart

unustall
msiexec /x "AgentSetupx64.msi"  /q /norestart
