The Outlook 2010 version which also supports Outlook 2007 (and most likely the Office 2007 version) require Outlook to be closed to run successfully. The following command line can be used to do this:

taskkill /im OUTLOOK.EXE

The printing assistant can be installed with the obvious command line (%~dp0 variable used for local path):

"%~dp0CalendarPrintAssistant.exe" /quiet /norestart
