The way I did it was to first create an admin install using setup /a.

Then apply sp3 to the admin install using "msiexec /p [path to .msp file] /a [path to admin .msi file]"

In the admin install find the file sn.ini and add the line: 1=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

where the x's are your serial key.

Open up the msi in orca or wise to edit some of the tables.

In the "Property" table change Accept=Yes, ProductID=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx, UPDATEINTERVAL=0

Then deploy using GPO.
