Note
After packaging this in MSI successfully you will notice the user still gets prompted to agree to settings and to begin indexing. By default Lookout will also check for a more recent version and notify the user. In the lookout help file, there is mention of suggested parameters to be placed in the xml file that gets created on the first launch of outlook. The suggested practice is to place the desired default settings in the xml prior to first launch of outlook. Here are my sugesstions:

1. Ideally, it's best to kill outlook.exe prior to (or part of) the MSI install.

2. I would suggest running the below script as part of Active setup (and during installation) for deployment methods. Create the flag for Active Setup in HKCU if the user is presently logged in (so it doesn't run twice for the user if it was installed under their context). Launch the script with something like:

if not "%username%" == "" START /WAIT /b %systemroot%\system32\wscript.exe //b "%~D0%~P0Program Files\Lookout Software\Lookout\LookoutDefault.vbs"

Or part of a condition...

You can do a silent install of Lookout 1.30 by adding a /S (must be UPPERCASE!!) to the command line. This does not seem to work for the uninstall however.
