Note
For deploying Ixos in Active Directory.
------------------------

- copy msi-files "IXOS-ECON CLIENTS.MSI" and "IXOS-ECON CLIENTS LANGUAGES.
MSI" from CD to local disk. Delete the read-only flag.

- copy the ini-files (install.ini and lang.ini) from CD to local disk.
Delete the read-only flag.

- customize the ini-files according to your requirements

- copy the ini-files to an accessable UNC network share (\\<node>\<share><dir>)

- modify the msi package using the Orca-Editor (MsiIntel.SDK):
within "IXOS-ECON CLIENTS.MSI"
- Table "Property", add row, add "SILENTFILE" with value "\\<node>\<share><dir>\install.ini"
- Table "Property", add row, add "ALLUSERS" with value "1"
- Table "Property", add row, add "IXOSMAINSETUP" with value "1"

within "IXOS-ECON CLIENTS LANGUAGES.MSI"
- Table "Property", add row, add "SILENTFILE" with value "\\<node>\<share><dir>\lang.ini"
- Table "Property", add row, add "ALLUSERS" with value "1"

- start installation of "IXOS-ECON CLIENTS.MSI" first and then "IXOS-ECON
CLIENTS LANGUAGES.MSI"

Just want to say this works a treat. I have been banging my head against a wall trying to sort out an uninstall for this and this fixes everything. I will be using ORCA a little more from now on, well done.
