PDA Professional client application can be installed from a MSI package.Create a transform and enter the below settings
DBRoot: path_to_plato_server_root_folder
DBServer: plato_server_name\plato_sql_server_instance
(if SQL Server is using the default instance then plato_server_name)
Some useful switches for MSI package are:

/passive to run in unattended mode - progress bar only.
ALLUSERS=2 to install the application for all users.
