You may experience some problems with environnement variables... Like : append at the end instead of at the beginning... Add on install and delete when uninstall instead of only replace current value...
I had problem with intellicad also. When a simple user try to run this application he receive a regedit error but the application his working fine. I was not able to find the appropriate registry key in order to apply other rights on it.

Note

To do a network install you must run the installation package with a -admin. Once you do this, an installation directory will be made with a setup.exe that will save all of your settings. Then do a /r on that setup.exe and it will record for you, and make you a setup.iss. Once that happens you can then send via the network.
