Decompress the file “TCPP_EXPL_FR_DL.exe” in the repertory “d:\tmp\tcppe\cd”.
Decompress the file “PrereqsFR.zip” in the repertory “d:\tmp\tcppe\wcu”.


02. Obtain the activation file

The activation file “reg740.txt” is obtained from 'http://www.codegear.com/downloads/free/turbo' and is copied with the root of Profiles each User. See below.
