Note
This is for Version 1.5:
Other than with 1.0 the abcpy.ini actually works with this one, so you can use it. Enter the serialnumber (without the '-') in there and set all options containing Dialog to NO.

If your installation language isn't English, you have to change the appropriate setting in the setup.ini file. Relevant settings are:
[Languages]
Default=0x0009 (9 for English, 7 for German)
[Startup]
EnableLangDlg?=N
ShowPasswordDialog?=N

And thats it already.

Note
Similar to other Adobe legacy applications, you cannot deploy this silently with an .iss response file. You can generate the file but it won't run correctly. The log file will show a ResultCode of -3.

See http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/329998.html for details/confirmation. (this refers to creative suite, but its the same problem).

**Update**

By editing both the abcpy.ini & setup.ini file I managed to achieve the silent install eventually. Basically turn off the dialogs (set all to NO) in the abcpy.ini file & remove the optional language selections from the setup.ini.

make sure you've created the setup.iss with the -r command and run using setup /S.

Note

Most important if you are repackaging with Wise: Do not reboot before the post install capture. The license will be tied to the Windows GUID and will give you registration errors when you attempt to install the app on a different computer. just capture without a reboot and you will be fine.
