Note
Unsure what tool was meant to create the MST file

I have successfully packaged editing the supplied Abcpy.ini to put UserName/CompanyName/SerialNumber. and ran setup.exe with identical parameters, and no problem. no need to alter registry or create an MST file.

Note
I also had to add the following registry values after the install (from the batch file that calls the MSI, using "regedit /s filename.reg") to tell the registration wizard to get lost:

"EPIC_REGS_TYPE"=dword:00000004
"EPIC_REGS_STATE"=dword:00000002
"EPIC_REGS_LANG"=dword:00000000
"EPIC_REGS_COUNT"=dword:00000000

Note
I deployed this using Active Directory.

1. Install the application on a clean machine.

2. Launch the program and complete the registration process.

3. Export the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{11C98E1A-EC91-4B38-B44C-C562292D8453}

4. Create an MST for Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0.msi supplied by the vendor.

5. Import the .reg file created in step 3 into the MST.

Note: You may also wish to delete the custom action WMF95Redist. This installs Windows Media Player 9.5. There is an issue where this can generate a warning message about System Restore being turned off, which could cause unattended installations to fail.

See http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/332107.html.

Alternatively you could try adding the switch "/DisallowSystemRestore" to the command line of that custom action, but I have not tested this. It is probably best to keep your Media Player installations separate anyway.
