Note
This is how i customized the AcroEle6.mst.

Open Abcpy.ini and fill out the ISX_SERIALNUMBER, USERNAME and COMPANYNAME fields. You can also add this info directly to AcroEle6.mst.

Presumably you'll want to have these keys under HKCU before the user starts Acrobat Elements the first time.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Elements]
"EULA"=dword:00000001
This one disables the license agreement.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Elements\6.0]
"ViewStartScreen"=dword:00000000
This one disables the wizard.

If you installed Acrobat Elements with PDF conversion support for Office 2003 and you are running MS Office 2003 without Sp1 you will experience black boxes covering all the information in your converted .xls files. In my case this happened to all files I tried to convert from any Office 2k3 component.
See this link for more info..
http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/329863.html

To fix this, either download and install Office 2003 Sp1 or uncheck the 'Enable accessibility and reflow' option in Acrobat Elements and also in the Office components you have installed. This option can be located in each office component, such as Excel, under the Adobe PDF menu, Change conversion settings.

It can also be done by editing the registry, which was my preference.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Elements\6.0\Settings]
"Tags"=hex:00
This one is for the option in the core application.

And the following ones are for the Office 2003 components with Acrobat PDF Conversion support.

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat\PDFMaker\6.0\Excel\Settings]
"CreateLinks"=hex:00
"CreateStructure"=hex:00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat\PDFMaker\6.0\Word\Settings]
"CreateLinks"=hex:00
"CreateStructure"=hex:00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat\PDFMaker\6.0\PowerPoint\Settings]
"CreateLinks"=hex:00
"CreateStructure"=hex:00

That's about it for now.

Note
Be aware if you try to install different versions of Adobe applications on one workstation. Especially with Adobe Elements 6.0 and Reader 7.0, you get the following message when you try to convert an Office document into Adobe PDF:

"Unable to find Adobe PDF resource file..."

This is because Elements 6.0 and Reader 7.0 don't install into the same directory.
Check the link for the Adobe TechSupport article.
http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/331114.html

However, it goes either way. We decided not to install Reader 7.0 into Acrobat 6.0 directory but to install Elements 6.0 into Acrobat 7.0 directory and it works fine.
